On Job Training Farmers Soil Profile Sampling and Analysis Integrated communication strategy for Farmers Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Sales, Marketing and distribution Management 3. Dedicated Farm Training 5 Acre Experimental Farm to implement package of practice to achieve Maximum crop production. Target Based Production Management of Farm, supported by soil analysis. 4. Farmers Field Training Every student will supervise 5 Host farmers soil analysis and soil profile. Minimum 150 Acre advise and supervising experience Target based supervision and implementation to achieve maximum production with increment of organic carbon
Thrust Areas of Training
Module 01: Plant Nutrients Agronomy Principals and Plant Nutrition Requirement. Basic characters, Working Principals of Fertilizers and Bio Fertilizers. Different type of composts, Green manures and other supplements. Analysis of the nutrient composition of manures/ composts. Module 02: Soil Productivity and Plant Analysis Soil biology, Structure, Components and Characters. Soil Fertility and Nutrients Intake Process. Analysis of the Plant Deficiency symptoms. Physical Analysis of soil samples. Soil Nutrient Management Preparation of Organic Inputs, Module 03: Soil, Water and Organic Food Analysis Chemical Analysis of soil, Water and organic food samples. Calculation of the amount of nutrients present/required in soil/water sample Preparation of the Soil and Water Health Card. Reclamation of problematic soils for imbruement of Organic Carbon Module 04: Agricultural Extension on Soil Productivity Management Study on comparison and efficiency of available Chemicals and Fertilizers in current market. Supervision and Training, conducting training sessions, field visits and demonstrations to the Farmers. Communication, Soft & Computer Skills, Management and Employability Skills.
